Ajay graduated in catering school but after a brief stint as chef at the Taj and the Raheja group of hotels, moved to financial services, where he was the product head for risk products in a leading investment bank and a vice-president for investment products with the Tatas before finally deciding to return to his calling, a play arena and healthy food cafe for toddlers called Playtopia . He helps conceptualize and maintain the quality of the product offering
Having completed her bachelors degree in Culinary Arts, Kavya now works at the JW Marriott Marquis, Dubai. She is currently a member of the Emirates Culinary Guild and is also a part of the UAE Junior National Team. She has represented the United Arab Emirates in international level culinary competitions in Hong Kong, where she won a silver, and in Mauritius, where she won the African Culinary Cup.
Vasu has 26 years of experience in marketing and business management. He was head of Retailing and Sales Operations at Titan Industries, and thereafter the head of the Capital Services practice at Arthur Andersen in India.He was a Co Founder and CEO Vismaya Technologies, Co-founder and Director at Allegro Capital, then serving as the Managing Director of an infrastructure subsidiary under Tata Capital and the National Sales Head at Tata Capital. He is also an independent director on the board of 3 companies. He had for long been nursing the ambition to start a food business. Vasu is the founder of the business and is the custodian of strategy and marketing.
