Aglio Olio: Boil 120 grams of durum-wheat pasta and set aside. In a pan, warm 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the aglio olio powder and sauté for a minute on low flame. Add the pasta and toss. You are done! For a personal touch, drizzle some olive oil, garnish with roasted peanuts, chopped olives and add grated parmesan cheese.
Tip: tossing your pasta in a little olive oil after you drain it makes sure the pasta doesn’t stick.
