Mulligatawny Soup: Heat 2 cups [420 ML] of water in a pan and the Mulligatawny soup-mix. Stir continuously on low flame till the soup thickens and turns mud brown. You are done! For a personal touch, garnish with boiled white rice.

Ingredients: potato starch, dehydrated vegetable, onion, garlic, sugar, iodised salt, milk solids, mixed

spices (black pepper, white pepper, turmeric), hydrolysed vegetable protein(soya), soya sauce powder, veg stock powder
