Manmohan, a Chartered Accountant, has over 34 years of experience in the banking industry – having worked in banks like Syndicate Bank, IDBI Bank, ABN Amro, Barclays, ING, DBS and RBL Bank. Presently, he is engaged in advising corporations in different areas like debt/equity advisory and taxation.
He has varied experience of having worked in Internal Audit, Trade Finance and Corporate Banking. He has handled relationships of many reputed companies like ABB, GMR, L&T, Komatsu, Telco Construction Equipment Co Ltd., (Telcon), Titan, Automotive Axles, Jindal Aluminium, MSPL, TTK Prestige, MicroLabs, Kennametal, N.Ranga Rao & Sons (Cycle brand Agarbathis), MTR Foods, Rajesh Exports, Salarpuria Sattva, Prestige Estates, Manipal Technologies, Reva University, Accord Software, Vidyashilp University and Sun Mobility.

Neeraj has over 25 years of experience in executing business agendas externally on M&A, financing, advisory, business development, client service, and internally on strategic, operational, people, risk, project needs. Currently based in Canada, Neeraj was formerly Director of Corporate Finance in KPMG UAE as M&A leader, leading his team on projects ($10m-$500m) straddling a range of industries- Healthcare, oil and gas, retail, services, finance, manufacturing, real estate, services, and agribusiness amongst others.
- A landmark, Abu Dhabi Nuclear Energy main contractor procurement project as initial project management lead to finalize initial project roadmap, team structure, and launch of initial work streams for Finance.
- A key Abu Dhabi Department of Transport business advisory project to consider alternatives for formation of a proposed infrastructure entity for road transport as Project manager.
Post KPMG UAE, he incubated an advisory entity with collaborators to successfully completed cross-border mandates in M&A and advisory.
In Canada, within the Greater Toronto Area, he has worked for KPMG focused on M&A, BDC (Business Development Bank of Canada), focused on Business Development and Credit analysis, and most recently in Home Depot Inc in Sales, Strategic Pricing and Compliance. As a Consulting Director, Neeraj adds value to Veekes & Company and brings its clients immense cross- border transactions expertise and deep relationships in the Middle East and North American geographies.
