Kavya Krishnamurthy
Executive Director

Kavya has previously worked in a variety of roles in the food industry. With a bachelors degree in Culinary Arts, she began her career as a qualified chef at the JW Marriott Marquis, Dubai and was a member of the UAE Junior National Culinary Team representing the country in international level culinary competitions in Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi where she won silver medals, and in Mauritius, where she won the African Culinary Cup. She has developed the product range for Veekes & Company. Keen to build on her skillset and experiences, she completed her MSc in Food Science and Innovation from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK and now works at the University of Nottingham’s Food Innovation Centre as a Food Innovation Technologist where she supports food & drink SME’s in developing concepts, products and processes. She is also a member of the Institute of Food Science and Tehcnology’s Food Processing Special Interest Group.

Vasu Krishnamurthy
Non Executive Director

Vasu has 30 years of experience in marketing and business management.   He was head of Retailing and Sales Operations at Titan Industries, and thereafter the head of the Capital Services practice at Arthur Andersen in India.He was a Co Founder and CEO Vismaya Technologies, Co-founder and Director at Allegro Capital, then serving as the Managing Director of an infrastructure subsidiary under Tata Capital and the National Sales Head at Tata Capital. He is also an independent director on the board of 3 companies. He had for long been nursing the ambition to start a food business. Vasu is the founder of the F&B business and is the custodian of strategy and marketing. He also runs the Corporate Advisory business with a dedicated team of associates and in his free time, writes for Deccan Herald’s Panorama.
